MONTHLY MANDALA MEDITATION WORKSHOPS
Come on a two hour journey and immerse yourself in the magical and mystical mandala creation.
The repetitive nature of creating a Mandala helps take the mind off mundane thoughts and the chitty chatty constraints of the analytical mind. Therapy through Mandala art is hypnotic journey into spirituality helping align body mind and spirit.
The workshop begins with a brief chat about mandalas, meditation and mindfulness, followed by a demonstration, in which we discuss shapes, line and colours. The class is then guided to create their very own mandalas, starting with constructing a mandala wire frame with a compass and ruler. From there the class is free to create their unique and personal Mandala in a safe friendly environment.
All art materials supplied, no artistic skills required
A regular meditation practice helps you find harmony and wholeness, reduce stress, combat depression and linked to a whole host of other heath benefits. Keeping ones balance can be a delicate juggling act, Frank’s art workshops are an easily accessible entry to meditation for anyone in our modern world.

ME AND MANDALAS
My keen eye for visuals and passion for creativity has been a life long journey, focusing all my studies on design and then excelling in the graphic arts.
A 13 year career as a graphic artist, at Victoria’s flagship newspaper, The Age, which saw me hone my skills in many facets of art and design, Surrounded by the age’s Artist team I was inspired to become a highly sort after artist and illustrator, receiving a Quill award for best illustration and walkey finalist for best artwork.
I loved working at the age and found it a dream job, I was well respected and loved member of the age team, but after 13 years I started to feel a yearning for something else, an inner call to take stock... I was living to work and not working to live.
The years of shift work, late hours and dealing with the great pressure a daily newspaper had taken it’s toll. So I left the daily grind to live a simpler life, in search of that ever elusive work life balance.... For inner peace.
I Spent time healing and recovering from years of neglecting my mental and spiritual health and slowly transitioned into a freelance artist and designer working from my home studio with my best buddy, Ziggy the whippet.
I started finding ways that fill my soul and soothe my mind, along with discovering the healing power of a regular yoga practice and daily walks in nature, I found that it was creating art was the ultimate meditation for me... And thus begun my love for creating mandalas.
